Noble Strategic Consulting was founded by Adebola (Bola) Popoola, a multidisciplinary professional with over 10 years experience in research, health law, and public health practice. Bola began her career as an Epidemiologist at a local government agency, where she led investigations and control of communicable diseases and outbreaks occurring in the county. Later transitioning to the private sector as a consultant, she conducted global trend analyses of chronic and infectious diseases.  

 

In her role at a federal agency, Bola led a team of researchers in policy development and implementation, legal epidemiology research, and policy analysis. Through her work, she has published research papers and products, and presented her work at national conferences.

Bola holds a law degree, dual masters degrees in biomedical science and public health, and dual bachelors degrees in chemistry and biology. She also holds a graduate certificate in global health engagement.
